Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and other factors at our discretion.

However, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of work may result in a rescheduling fee to cover materials and crew coordination costs already committed. We will communicate any such fee to you clearly.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you promptly and work to find an alternate date.
Payment terms will be set out in the written project agreement. For most residential and smaller commercial projects, full payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Late payments may be subject to a finance charge. If collection action is required to recover an unpaid balance, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees if applicable. All prices are in US dollars.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the work you need. Before work begins, you are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, equipment, and obstacles. You are also responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other obstructions on or near the work area.
We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities or obstructions.
We stand behind our work and will address quality issues that arise from our workmanship. However, we make no express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in a written project agreement. We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, ground movement, improper use, third-party damage, or normal wear and tear.
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Turlock Asphalt Paving and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from services provided to you. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
